The function of macromolecules is dictated by their three-dimensional fold. Our research program uses an integrated approach, combining structural, biochemical, biophysical, and where possible cell-based analyses to examine protein function and mechanism in a variety of experimental systems including lipid signaling, protein-lipid interactions, the regulation of mitochondrial morphology, host-phage interactions, and eukaryotic transcription. Undergraduate Students:
